Front desk will arrange UBER service for a guest in a moment. Outgoing airport guests from hotel asked to pre-schedule ride to DAL at time of check-in to minimize delay for pickup. Transfers available only for registered guests. Hotel does not offer airport transfers just to pick up vehicle left at hotel. Guests are responsible for own ride back to hotel if not staying overnight at hotel on return day.
We apologize that we do not have hotel shuttle to DFW airport, however, we can offer other options at guests own expense for your consideration like riding DART rail, scheduling super shuttle shared ride, or using cab/UBER/LYFT services
